Attach the particle な (na) directly to the end of the na-adjective stem before the noun.
- Worked examples
静か → 静かな部屋 (shizuka → shizuka na heya), 有名 → 有名な人 (yuumei → yuumei na hito), 元気 → 元気な子供 (genki → genki na kodomo)
- Exceptions
A few na-adjectives ending in -i (like きらい, きれい) take な just like standard na-adjectives.
