Official Question Types
- 課題理解 (Task-Based Comprehension): Listen to a dialogue and situation to understand what action the speaker should take next (~8 items).
- ポイント理解 (Key Point Comprehension): Read question options during a short pause, listen to a conversation, and identify specific key points or reasons (~7 items).
- 発話表現 (Verbal Expressions): Look at an illustration showing a specific context, listen to a prompt, and select the correct spoken line (~5 items).
- 即時応答 (Quick Response): Listen to a short prompt or casual question and immediately select the correct conversational reply (~8 items).
How to Study
Practice shadowing audio clips from N4 practice materials. Pay close attention to functional ending particles (e.g., ~ね, ~よ), polite formulas, and key question words at the start of utterances.
