Question Types (問題)
- 文法形式の判断 (Selecting Grammar Form / Sentence Grammar 1) (~13 items): Choose the grammatically correct pattern or conjugation to fill in a blank.
- 文の組み立て (Sentence Composition / Sentence Grammar 2) (~5 items): Rearrange four scrambled sentence fragments to form a grammatically correct sentence and identify the option in the starred (*) position.
- 文章の文法 (Text Grammar) (~4 items): Read a short passage and choose the correct conjunctions, particles, or sentence-ending forms for numbered blanks.
How to Study This
Master N3 grammar patterns alongside their connection forms (e.g., dictionary form, て-form, noun + の). For scrambled sentences, identify set phrases and particle pairings first to connect fragments logically. Read short articles daily to develop intuition for text flow and discourse markers.
